1. When does the Challenge start & end?
The Challenge starts Wednesday, September 22, 2010 and ends Wednesday, December 15, 2010.
2. What's the deal with these Food Journals?
Food Journals are mandatory! They are due every Monday for the Sunday-Sunday prior. You may turn it in at the box, in the cubby labeled "Food Journals." Please contact Sarah to make other arrangements if you cannot make it to the box. Food Journals may be handwritten or typed and printed out.
3. What type of fish oil should I be taking?
Look at the back of the label & take the fish oil with the highest EPA and DHA (add them together). If you're still not sure, check out the International Fish Oil Standards website (click here) for the complete list of the best brands to choose from. Nordic Naturals is easy to find at the Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, etc, and Zone Labs Inc. is Dr. Sears' brand.
4. If I choose not to (or forget to) have a cheat meal/time period one week, can I roll it over into the next week & have 2 cheat meals/time periods?
Uhhh, nice try, but NO! If you choose not to, or forget to, good for you! You will probably feel better all week long than those who chose to take a cheat meal/time period. (Plus, you get extra Food Journal points if you don't use your cheat meal/time period. How's that for motivation?)
5. I'm following the Zoleo path & can't eat all of my carb blocks each meal...Help?!
Don't stress about it! Eat what you can, log it in your Journal and move on.
